Club07Clear
Making EMDR More Relational & Human
Club07Clear is my education space for EMDR-trained clinicians. Here, I share videos, resources, and practical conversations designed to make EMDR theory and clinical decision-making easier to understand.
My goal is to make EMDR theory and practice more accessible while supporting clinicians as they continue developing their EMDR skills. Topics include EMDR therapy, EMDR treatment planning, EMDR reprocessing, attachment-focused EMDR, complex trauma, working memory taxation, and clinical decision-making.
This content is intended to complement—not replace—formal EMDR training, consultation, supervision, or clinical judgment.

What Does Club07Clear Mean?
Club07Clear comes from a phrase familiar to many EMDR therapists: SUD 0, VOC 7, and a clear body scan.
While therapy is rarely that linear, the name reflects a common goal in EMDR treatment: helping clients move toward resolution. Club07Clear was created to make EMDR theory and clinical practice more accessible while supporting clinicians in developing confidence beyond basic training.
Research-informed. Clinically grounded. Still human.
EMDR Tools I Actually Use...
I'm often asked what tools I use in EMDR sessions, especially when working virtually or discussing concepts like working memory taxation. These are tools I personally use in my own clinical work and have referenced in Club07Clear content.

BilateralStimulation.io
One of the tools I use in telehealth EMDR sessions. I appreciate the flexibility it offers through visual, auditory, and tactile bilateral stimulation, as well as the ability to adjust the experience based on individual client needs.
